Customer Accounts and Services
Rock Canyon Leather has the right to monitor all activities on the Rock Canyon Leather website. In the event an account shows evidence of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity or any activity which Rock Canyon Leather deems inappropriate and may cause Rock Canyon Leather to incur loss or damages, Rock Canyon Leather has the right to immediately close any customers accounts, deactivate gift cards, and terminate all rights to use the Rock Canyon Leather website and any of its services.
If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Rock Canyon Leather reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any goods or services purchased as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to Rock Canyon Leather, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to shop on the website in the future.
Rock Canyon Leather is not responsible if you have received or purchased a gift card from a third party that has acquired a gift card fraudulently or misrepresented its value. Rock Canyon Leather has the right to request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed or used to make purchases.
Returns, Refunds or Store Credits
Rock Canyon Leather wants you to be satisfied with the items purchased or received from our site. If you have purchased an item and are dissatisfied or find it to be defective you may return that item for an exchange, store credit or refund (less shipping, processing and restocking fees, if any) upon receipt of that item within its allotted time period, according to the applicable return policy. Some returned items may have a restocking fee. Please check the return policy for each item before making a purchase.
All returns must be authorized with a return merchandise authorization ("RMA) number which is obtained from our Returns Department (see our Return Policy). Returned products must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment. All purchases involving the use of a gift card will be credited back to the original form(s) of tender; the portion applied by use of a gift card will be credited back to a gift card.
Any shipping and handling charges to return items to Rock Canyon Leather are the responsibility of the customer. If you return an item that is defective or damaged in shipping, or is not the item you ordered, you will receive a credit in full. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item of your choice.
Rock Canyon Leather will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. We inspect all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.
We also credit all reasonable and customary freight charges if you receive the wrong item.
If an item is returned after the time period stated in the applicable return policy has expired, in the case of defects or malfunctions or damaged items, all returns, replacements, support and service must be handled directly between the manufacturer and customer.
Many products include and are packaged with the manufacturers warranty, service information and details on their terms and conditions. Manufacturers warranties vary from product to product.
Product Listings and Pricing
All prices on Rock Canyon Leather website are shown are in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications on products without notice to you. The products displayed for sale are available while supplies last. All descriptions, references to, product pictures and offers for sale on The Sunglass Store website do not constitute endorsement of or by any particular product and do not imply or constitute a warranty by Rock Canyon Leather.
Sales Taxes
Rock Canyon Leather will collect all applicable sales taxes from sales made and shipped to the state of Florida at the rate of 7% of the purchase price before shipping fees.
Shopping
To shop using the Rock Canyon Leather website, simply click on the category navigation titles to view our categories. Browse the products available; when you are interested in learning more about a specific product, click on the name of the product or on the picture to view the product information, including description, features and pricing.
To purchase an item, add the item to your shopping cart; when you are ready to check out, simply click Checkout. You may also add items to your shopping cart, save the cart and return at a later time to check out. Note: to save the items in your cart, you will need to create an account.
Creating an Account
It is advisable to create an account so your information and shopping cart will be saved automatically and displayed the next time you return.
During the registration process you will be asked to select a unique password for access to certain portions of the Rock Canyon Leather website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password of record.
By logging into the Rock Canyon Leather website, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are the customer who registered for use of the Site; (2) that you are using the Site only for permitted purposes; (3) you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of the password or account or any other breach of security; and (4) you will ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Methods of Payment
To pay by gift card, enter your gift card number in the appropriate field marked "Enter Gift Card Code and recalculate your order. Reminder: Only ONE (1) Gift Card may be used per transaction. If there is a balance, you must pay the difference. At this time, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.
Order Verification
Your placement of an order and the receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute Rock Canyon Leathers final acceptance of that order. Prior to final acceptance, certain verification of information may be needed and Rock Canyon Leather reserves the right to accept the order in part or in full at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, quantity limit, or typographical errors, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order or portion of your order is declined, or we are unable to fill the order, or there was a price difference in your favor, the respective amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
After checkout, you will receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail. You will be able to view your order status by logging in to your account.
Shipping Policies
After your order has been accepted by Rock Canyon Leather and has been picked up by the shipping agent, Rock Canyon Leather shall not be liable for any non- performance or delay in performance by any shipping agency, freight forwarding company or United States Postal Service. Rock Canyon Leather will use its best efforts to aid in the tracking and recovery of any lost or delayed shipments.
Rock Canyon Leather shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance caused by any act beyond its control including but not limited to acts or omissions by third parties, equipment failure, war, acts of terrorism, unavailability of supplies or products, strikes, lock outs, fire, flood, or any other Act of God, any law, regulation, ordinance, or other act or order of any court, government or governmental agency, or delays, unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.
Note: At this time Rock Canyon Leather ships only to the 48 contiguous United States; Rock Canyon Leather does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside of the continental United States. Promotional Gift Cards
These Promotional Gift Cards are given by eOutletStores.com marketing partners for free; these may be distributed as "free with purchase" promotions, as a reward, an incentive or as part of a marketing program or other promotion. These cards are subject to expiry as noted on the front of the card, so please use them promptly.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
The gift card value may only be applied toward the purchase of products and/or services exclusively from the website noted on the card. Only one (1) gift card may be used/redeemed per transaction (order).
If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, payment by valid credit card is required to complete the sale. Credit cards currently accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If the purchase is less than the gift card value, the unused credit will be saved to the card. You may check the available gift card balance by clicking on View Gift Card Balance and entering the gift card code number.
The total available gift card balance may be applied toward the items cost, shipping, handling and processing fees and any applicable sales tax. From time to time, the Rock Canyon Leather website may offer items that are not available for purchase with a gift card; any such item will be duly-noted on the product description page for that item.
For approved refunds, gift card value used for purchases will be returned to the card as a gift card credit, and the remaining portion of the refund will be made to the original credit card used.
Store gift card balances may not be combined with credits from other store gift cards.
Gift cards cannot be returned, sold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account (partial balances included).
Gift cards and their use are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies posted on the websites notated on each gift card.
The expiration date of your gift card is printed on the front of the card. Gift cards distributed for promotional purposes are exempt from certain state expiration requirements.
Gift cards do not have any fees for non-use or dormancy.
The risk of loss and title for gift cards are passed to you upon receipt. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
Rock Canyon Leather has the right to close customer accounts, cancel orders and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed or used to make purchases.
The gift cards are offered solely as a Promotional Gift and are not valid for use by the employees or family members of the company or person involved in distributing these promotional gift cards. Bearer may not be charged any fees to receive these promotional cards.
Reproduction or copies of the gift cards are strictly prohibited.

Gift cards are issued by Rock Canyon Leather. When you receive or redeem a Rock Canyon Leather Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provision will govern. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in Pinellas County, Florida.
Limitation of Liability
Rock Canyon Leather AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, OR REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED WITH THE USE OF THE CARD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. YOU USE THE GIFT CARD AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF THIS GIFT CARD OR ANY OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH IT.
